I own and run Milligan.TV, a media production company based in the North of the UK, providing production services to a range of clients. I've been a freelance cameraman for 4 years, am an Associate Member of The Guild of Television Cameramen, and also volunteer as their Social Media Officer and Forum Administrator. I am currently studying at the University of Central Lancashire for a degree in Computer Network Technology. I am a proficient PHP programmer, working mostly with a MySQL backend, as well as being competent in HTML5, CSS3, and jQuery (including jQuery-UI). Additionally, I have some experience developing C# applications, and some limited experience with C++ and VB.NET. I am most at home on a Windows machine, but have had exposure to different Linux distributions.
